Paul Tullock

Paul leads the PedTech and Innovation function as Director of PedTech and Innovation.

He manages a team of specialists responsible for delivering the Trust‑wide iPad rollout, providing high‑quality staff training and ensuring that LST continues to thrive as an Apple Regional Training Centre in the North East.

The PedTech and Innovation function is responsible for shaping the Trust’s digital vision and strategy, embedding effective use of technology in teaching and learning and supporting schools to remove barriers through accessible, creative and collaborative digital practice. As a team, they bring expertise in digital pedagogy, staff development, accessibility, curriculum innovation and large‑scale technology implementation.

Paul brings extensive experience in digital learning, having led whole‑school and multi‑school technology strategies, supported national and international organisations and delivered professional learning for educators across the UK. He holds a range of industry accreditations, including Apple, Microsoft and Google, and has been recognised for his innovative use of technology to enhance teaching and learning.

Working at a strategic level, Paul ensures that digital innovation across LST strengthens classroom practice, improves student outcomes and supports the Trust’s mission of transforming lives through extraordinary education.
