Megan Byrne

Megan leads the Marketing and Communications function as Marketing and Communications Manager.

She manages a creative team responsible for graphic design, digital communications and marketing activity across the Trust, ensuring that the LST brand is consistently represented and aligned with strategic priorities.

The Marketing and Communications function delivers both operational and strategic marketing support, including brand management, digital campaigns, content creation, events, internal communications and stakeholder engagement. As a team, they bring expertise in design, digital marketing, storytelling and strategic communication, helping to raise the profile of the Trust and showcase the impact of extraordinary education across all Academies.

Megan brings a strong background in design and marketing, holding a degree in Graphic and Communication Design from Leeds University. Since joining LST in 2023, she has led the development of a cohesive Trust‑wide brand and strengthened communication across schools and central services.

Working at a strategic level, Megan ensures that marketing and communications activity supports the Trust’s mission and enhances engagement with students, families, staff and the wider community.
