Fellowships of Education

We are proud of the strong partnerships we have built with organisations, employers and community leaders who share our belief in the power of education to transform lives.

Through the Fellowship of Education, LST brings together schools, businesses, civic organisations and community champions to create meaningful opportunities for children, young people and the communities we serve.

Currently established in Sunderland, with expansion into Newcastle underway, the Fellowship of Education is building a place-based model of civic leadership that connects education with industry, community and social impact.

Together, our partners share a common mission: transforming lives through extraordinary education.

Our work is centred around three key themes:

Enrichment

Creating wider opportunities and experiences that broaden horizons, raise aspirations and support personal development beyond the classroom.

Employment

Building strong links between education and employers to support careers education, employability skills, mentoring and pathways into future employment.

Engagement

Strengthening connections between schools, families, communities and organisations to create lasting local impact and shared responsibility for young people’s success.

We are always looking to work with new partners who want to make a meaningful difference within our communities. Whether through mentoring, volunteering, careers support, sponsorship, collaboration or community initiatives, we believe lasting change happens when we work together.
