Rob Brown

Rob, as Marketing and Communications Assistant since March 2025, supports Trust-wide marketing campaigns, social media, and web page content to support the wider marketing goals.

He holds a BSc in Sports Coaching and an MSc in International Sports Management from Northumbria University, particularly in Sports Marketing. His dissertation focused on the use of social media by Northern football clubs during the COVID-19 pandemic, which provided insights into digital engagement strategies. In a previous role, Rob developed marketing materials for Enrichment activities and Student Union events, further sparking his interest in marketing.

Outside of work, Rob enjoys watching Newcastle United and spending quality time with his fiancé and young son.
